Daddy Sam's Kebabs

What you need:

Daddy Sam’s Bar-B-Que Sawce
Meatballs and/or cocktail wieners

What you do:

Wash and devein the shrimp.

Skewer shrimp, baste with Daddy Sam’s Salmon & Seafood Glaze and place on the grill.

Turn the skewers often, brushing on more glaze with each turn.

When shrimp is cooked through (about 4 minutes), remove from grill and serve. Accept compliments graciously.

What to Try:

Try wrapping shrimp in bacon first and then basting with Salmon Glaze. Delicious! Cooking time may be longer.

Add more vegetables to your kebabs: zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes — whatever you’ve got. Tastes great and looks beautiful!
