Easy Oven Ribs
What You Need:
Daddy Sam’s Bar-B-Que Sawce
Pork spareribs or beef shortribs
What You Do:
Set the oven to 250°F. Set ribs on foil-lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite dry rub. Place a shallow pan of water on oven’s bottom rack.
Bake ribs on middle oven rack for 2½ hours, turning slabs every half hour.
Slop on Daddy Sam’s to glaze the ribs and bake for another 15 minutes.
At end of cooking time, turn off oven and leave ribs in the oven at least an hour.
Remove ribs from oven and cut into two-rib portions. Serve with warm Daddy Sam’s Sawce for dipping. Don’t be modest!
