Rattlesnake Kebabs

What You Do:

Walk to the back of your ranch at dusk. With a long hook, capture 4 or 5 rattlesnakes from the sun-warmed rocks where the cold-blooded critters like to snooze.

Clean and skin the snakes the way you normally do. Cut into 2″ pieces and skewer on barbed wire. Get creative if you want and add beetles, tarantulas, crickets, and scorpions.

Grill the kebabs very close to the heat and turn often. Glaze with Daddy Sam’s during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Tastes like chicken!
