Texas Tenderloin

What You Need:

Daddy Sam’s Bar-B-Que Sawce
Pork or beef tenderloin
Salt & Pepper

What You Do:

Heat grill to 375° to 400°.

Rub the garlic, salt, and pepper onto the tenderloin. Place it on the grill and close the lid. Turn once during grilling. Slop on your favorite Daddy Sam’s Sawce about 10 minutes before the tenderloin will be done cooking.

Once the internal temperature is 145°, take it off the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
