What You Need:

2 C Brussel’s Sprouts, halved
2 C Butternut Squash, cubed
2 C Tempeh, cubed or crumbled
3/4 C Daddy Sam’s Bar-b-que Sawce

What You Do:

Toss squash, sprouts and tempeh in 2 T olive oil, season with salt and pepper and roast at 425 until tender and slightly browned.

When all ingredients are browned, combine in shallow pan with as much Daddy Sam’s Sawce as you like. Broil hash on low setting for 5-10 minutes or until nicely glazed. Serve with a smile.

(Daddy Sam loved vegetarians, too.)
